The colloquium “Fait du préposé et responsabilité civile” is organized by Professor David Bakouche, with the support of the Institut Droit Ethique Patrimoine (IDEP) in partnership with the Cour de cassation (French Supreme Court) and the company legal Edition LexisNexis.
